Workshop on art of scientific writing and publishing

The Faculty quality improvement division of  Research and collaborations, KMCT Dental College  conducted workshop  “art of scientific writing and publishing” on 21th  December 2021 in lecture Hall 4. The programme attended by 64participants .Faculties and post graduates  from different departments attended the session. The programme started at 10 am . Guest Speaker was a eminent personality in the field Dr Betsy Joseph .Dr Betsy Joseph is a professor in department of periodontics in Saveetha Dental college. She has so many national and international articles to her credit.she is passionate about seeking higher grounds in scientific research with 13 years of experience in academics, research and active clinical practice withexcellentoraganisational and interpersonal skills .

She detailed about  how to prepare a scientific manuscript for high impact journal , selection of journal and reporting guidelines . The session was well appreciated by faculties and post graduates .It is beneficial to young researchers in the institution. High tea and lunch was served. The programme ended at 3.30 pm with the delivery of vote of thanks and rendering of the national anthem .

Certificate of participation was issued to all delegates .
